Each client will have services provided to them in accordance with their expectations. This means that each client will be advised in advance what the cost of the service will likely be and the time frame it will take to complete it. The cost of the litigation will be reviewed during the work. Each client will also be provided with a candid opinion on the risks and rewards of following their intended course at the beginning of the work and as it progresses.
Flexible Plans
Clients are free to make arrangement for payment. There is no one plan that fits all clients’ needs or financial ability. A plan will be agreed to that is satisfactory and can be part fee for service and contingency.
Contingency Fees
Personal injury cases are primarily undertaken on a contingency fee arrangement. However, the type of arrangement remains with the client. Other cases may also be undertaken on the same basis.
Pro Bono Services
Pro bono retainers are also undertaken for qualified persons with important public interest issues.
