Peter graduated Dalhousie University in 1977 (B. Comm) 1979 (M.B.A.) and 1988 (L.L.B.) He became a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island in 1989 and the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society in 1994.
Morgan graduated from the University of Prince Edward Island in 2013 (B. Sc with Honours) and the University of New Brunswick in 2017 (J.D.).
