He has extensive litigation experience before juries in both civil and criminal cases and can assess which mode of trial will be the most appropriate.
His business law practice includes corporate, partnership and commercial transactions. He also practices more routine areas such as real property, wills and estates.
He practiced throughout the maritime provinces providing services to a wide variety of clients. Many of his cases have involved more difficult or complex matters. He has practiced in all levels of court and in the Supreme Court of Canada.
